Do you have multiple devices that are unable to connect?
Yes. Try Disconnecting the power cord for the back of the modem for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. After this step be sure to test all of the devices.
No. Try restarting the device and reconnecting. If the device is connected via a cord, verify it is still connected to the device and the modem. You can disconnect the power cord for the back of the modem for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
