Basic WIFI Trouble Shooting Guide
Do you have multiple devices unable to connect to WIFI?
Yes. Try Disconnecting the power cord for the back of the modem for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. After this step be sure to test all of the devices.
No. Try restarting the device and reconnecting. You can try connecting the device to another WIFI access point. Another step would be to try to connect with a second device if available. Lastly you can disconnect the power cord for the back of the modem for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
