In order to login to your 844G Gigacenter, you will need the username and password along with the IP address for the default gateway. This information can be located on a sticker on the side of the router or with the installation packet that may have been left for you. Please contact us if you are not able to find this information.
1. Pull up a web browser and type in the default gateway IP address in the address bar. It should take you to the Residential Gateway Login Screen
2. Enter the admin username and password into the appropriate fields and then click Login
This should take you to the Home screen of the residential gateway.
If you have made changes to the User Name/Password, use that information to sign into the Residential Gateway.
