1. Log into your residential gateway. If you are unsure of how to do this step, please refer to Logging Into the Router/ONT.
2. Click on the Advanced tab across the top.
3. From the left menu select Security heading and then from the list that appears below, click on Administrator Credentials.
Under Administrator Credentials you are able to change the Username and Password by clicking in the fields with your cursor and updating the information. There is also an option to show the password to make sure you have typed it in correctly.
4. Once you have updated the information, hit apply.
